A contract is concluded as soon as the customer makes use of the services offered on the website operated by the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency.
All prices published on this website are in U.S. dollars including value-added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time and without prior notice. For the customer, the prices valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which are noted on the website operated by CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency, shall apply.
We only offer payment in advance. Therefore, the customer is obligated to pay the amount owed in advance to the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency via PayPal. If the amount owed is not paid, the customer will not receive any services and the contract will automatically expire.
Unless otherwise agreed, the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency shall fulfill its obligations by providing the services offered. The services include the services that are or were published online at the time of the conclusion of the contract. The services are provided exclusively on an online basis.
After the conclusion of the contract with CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency, a withdrawal on the part of the customer is only possible with a written notice. The customer will be charged for the costs caused by the withdrawal. The exact amount will be communicated to the customer after the written notice of withdrawal. The CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency reserves the right to refuse a contract without stating the reasons. In doing so, the customer is to be fully reimbursed for the amount already paid.
The CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency may process and use data recorded during the conclusion of the contract and the data provided by the customer to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract. The agency shall take the measures required to secure the data in accordance with the statutory provisions. The customer agrees in full to the contractual use of his or her data by the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency.
These General Terms and Conditions of Business can be amended by the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency at any time. The new version comes into force by publication on the agency's website. For the customer, in principle, the version of the GTCs that is in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply. This is the case unless the customer has expressly agreed to the newer version of the GTCs.
Both parties (along with their auxiliary persons) are obligated to treat all information submitted or acquired in connection with the services as confidential. This obligation shall remain in force even after the termination of the contract.
If the timely fulfillment by CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency is made impossible due to an event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, avalanches, thunderstorms, storms, wars, riots, civil wars, uprisings, pandemics etc., the agency shall be exempt from fulfilling the offered services for the duration of the event of force majeure. If the event of force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, the customer can withdraw from the contract in writing without stating the reasons. The agency must reimburse the customer in full for any payments already made. Any further claims against the CATCH THE CHEATER Infidelity Investigation Agency, in particular claims for damages, are barred.
These GTCs are subject to Swiss law. To the extent that no compelling legal regulations take precedence, the court at the registered office of the agency has jurisdiction.
